Jubilee Fountain, 1100 Vienna

Together with the Gelatin artists' group, we built a fountain in Helmut Zilk Park to mark 150 years of Viennese water

Arsenalstraße, 1030 Vienna

The three principles of ecological construction: durability, reduction and modularity are optimally implemented in this office building.

"Urban Farming" was the guiding idea of MA 21 for the entire area development during the zoning process. Our residential building in Meischlgasse has implemented the guidelines in an exemplary manner.

Housing development Hödlgasse, 1230 Vienna

The residential building is located at the corner of Breitenfurter Straße and Hödlgasse and is the entrance from Breitenfurter Straße to the urban development area "Carreé Atzgersdorf".

In the urban development area "In der Wiesen" we have built a residential building with a focus on urban gardening.

Lebenscampus Wolfganggasse, 1120 Vienna

Living and campus - these two concepts were at the heart of our design, which created a networked neighborhood that offers residents a high quality of living and working throughout all phases of life.

Wildgarten Kindergarten and Neighbourhood Centre, 1120 Vienna

The farm building of a former pig fattening plant from the 1930s was converted into a neighbourhood centre with a kindergarten.

Diamond City Hotel, 3430 Tulln

Historical building site revived - M&S Architekten have planned a 3***plus hotel with 78 rooms on the site of the former fire brigade school in Tulln.

Wildgarten Bauplatz 18, 1120 Vienna

The foundation stone for this project was laid in 2009. The winners of the Europan competition Arenas Basabe Palacios developed the urban planning project together with M&S Architekten in a cooperative procedure.
