Architecture

Feasibility studies

With this investigation, we check the feasibility of a project. We analyse possible solutions, identify risks and assess the prospects of success. In this way, we provide a decision-making basis for, among other things, the purchase of land and thus for the realization of an idea.

Project development

Once a project idea has been born and the feasibility has been checked, we put together a team - from the developer to the financing. Within this team we work out how the building task can best be realised. In this way we cover all the necessary cornerstones for an optimal implementation.

Cooperative procedures

Thinking up something together with different people is one of the most beautiful experiences. In the best case, a selected group of people creates solutions to the most complex problems in a short time and has great fun doing so. The quality of cooperative processes therefore depends to a large extent on their actors and on the framework conditions.

General planning

If we are commissioned with the general planning of a project, we monitor and control the project comprehensively. We offer all services around the project planning up to the ÖBA. We are responsible for the selection and control of the specialist planners. Here we have a proven team of partner companies at our disposal and can thus offer the client a complete carefree package.

Interior

For us, interior design is the ideal connection between outside and inside. Through the arrangement and furnishing of rooms, we enliven the building. We create atmosphere and identification of the user with his environment.

Project Management / Site supervision

In project management, we record all processes relevant to the execution of a project. As project controllers, we are the extended arm of the client and the central coordination point for all companies and consultants involved. In the local construction supervision we realize the project goals during the construction phase and supervise the executing companies until the handover of the turnkey building.

Urbanism

We have created our theoretical basis in urban planning through years of teaching at universities at home and abroad. Practical knowledge, from realized projects complements this basis and so we develop images of new cities and contemporary urban districts. With our network we also check bold dreams for their economic feasibility as well as ecological and social effects.

Utility appraisal

Use value appraisals are indispensable for the establishment of condominium ownership and are of great economic and legal significance for every condominium owner.
For the determination of the usable value and minimum shares in the establishment and redefinition of condominium ownership, we use constantly updated and certified software in order to always and safely be up to date.
