Expansion and revitalization of seminar hotel

The Hotel Nationalpark Illmitz is extended by 22 rooms and the pool area is redesigned - energy efficiency and sustainability are the credo.

We are creating space for 22 rooms with terrace or garden access in an independent building. With the new garden area, local plants and natural materials strengthen the connection to the surrounding nature and the new building fits perfectly into the Seewinkel.

The completely redesigned pool area blends into this harmonious whole.

The entire renovation is based on the motto of sustainability. A well thought-out concept with heat pumps, green electricity, water-saving fittings and e-mobility shows how environmental protection can be lived. This also meets the criteria for the Austrian Ecolabel and klimaaktiv GOLD.

The most important goal is to increase the comfort of the guests and to expand the offer for seminars and vacation stays.

An external staircase will be added to connect the terrace of the existing spa area on the upper floor to the pool on the ground floor. A bridge and a covered walkway will be created to connect the new building with the existing hotel building.
