The urban development area around Vienna's main railway station is taking shape. M&S Architekten have built 41 privately financed condominiums on the B.04 site for the developer Familienwohnbau.
With an unconventional residential concept for social mixing, we won the developer competition in Puchsbaumgasse in the 10th district in 2017 as part of a project team with gerner°gerner plus and transparadiso.
Opened in 2015, the hotel by M&S Architekten is located just a stone's throw from Vienna's main railway station and impresses with its strikingly structured façade.
